Read more on albertonrecord.co.za. They did come out on Sunday, but they didn't fix it unfortunately. And I'm with residents here from Alberton, Jack. They say this has been going on for four months at least. Absolutely catastrophic sewer overflow going down into the Klip River which eventually runs past Henley on Klip into the Vaal River. We are calling upon the department to come and fix this and stop this and I'm bringing it up, I'm going to elevate it now to the Vaal River. This is absolutely catastrophic. We cannot have this in Alberton. It is a disgrace and it seems like there is an absolute no care attitude on this massive issue. Please department come and sort out your issue now.
