Welcome back to my series off the TikTok trail where I'm showing you my alternatives to those viral second hand shopping spots you see all the time on here. Now today's is a little controversial. I've got an alternative for Dalston car boot. Don't get me wrong, you know, boot, but sometimes it is expensive. Sometimes it is. Whereas where I'm taking you today, stuff is actually like 50p. Same train line. It's called Kentish Town. But the nearest station is actually Gospel Oak. And I would have been quicker, but the train got stuck on the track, kind of standard. Except the driver got on the Tannoy to say there's a trespasser in the bushes. Go slow so I don't hit him. In itself. But then he asked us, the passengers, to be looking in the bushes for said trespasser so we could text a description to TFL. Um, so we're all like looking for him. Hope the man's okay. Um, but we're on our way now. Quickly, boring stuff. Uh, it's every Sunday. It costs £1 and it starts at 11:00. Okay, I won't bore. I'm just gonna show so you can kind of what sort of stuff's available. So first up was this top. This was £1. Haha. £1. Haha. I'm thinking I might even wear it at Boomtown. The shoulder stripe number. Don't know how it works, but she's cute for a pound. And then from the same stall, I thought, cause it's £1, why not get the exact same one in black? And then I also got this dress. Oh, if you know me, I love a summer dress. Put on a dress, be done. That's my outfit for the day. And this, I think, it's green, obviously. It's a bit of me. £4 pounds. That one. Very happy. There was so many nice festival bits today. But I had to stop myself 'cause I actually don't need. I don't need any more festival clothes. So I did stop myself, but there was a lot of good stuff. I did however buy these, which were plants, 'cause I managed to kill my last ones. Uh, these were £2 each. Cheap plant shop anymore. When I lived in South London, had a good couple of cheap plant shops. Kind of lacking in North London, but these were £2 each. So very happy with those. Um, yeah. To this car boot. It's the best.
