What are the chances of "breaking down" right here? 😭 Credit: @Bald & Sexy A driver stopped his van directly in front of a police speed camera van, blocking its view of the road, while insisting his vehicle had conveniently broken down. He claimed the camera van regularly sits near a stretch where the speed limit drops from 60mph to 30mph before changing again shortly afterwards.
