So if you start growing your own mango tree and you did it by seeds, this is the next step. So we're gonna try to clone our Nam Doc Mai mango tree right here. Once it grows like this, you gotta graft it. When you graft it, it should give you fruits way faster. But first, we need a scion. And this one is good because you see the crown on the top. It grows on the top right there. Cut for you see. We got it from one of our delicious Nam Doc Mai trees that already produces fruit. Once we graft this into that plant, it should produce fruit way faster. And we got the legit grafting tape. Wrap the whole thing. Like that. And this tape should allow the leaves to grow out. I cut the top of the seedling. And then we're gonna cut it like this. See that wedge right here? You try to cut it as thin on the bottom as possible. And then we're gonna tie it. We're not gonna use the same tape. We'll use a different tape. Make sure it doesn't go anywhere. All right. And then mom covers it and then pulls forward them. This one. And this one. So we're gonna see if mine grows or mom grows. ONE WEEK LATER! You see it? It grew now. If you're going from seeds, it takes a long time. So you have to do this to get the fruits way faster. And you did. So mom's gonna be using a zip tie instead. She tied it together. And then mom covers it and then pulls forward them. This one. And this one.
