Calling all my Latino Marketers. I cannot find you. My name is Louise. I have worked in an agency. I have done analytics and marketing. And now I work in tech. But I've also founded Latinx in Marketing to get more Latinx people into marketing roles. I'm now looking specifically for people to join the board. Leadership and be able to help build the programming, social, all these things because I can't do it alone. When I was in marketing, like, I think I was the only one in those roles that's Latino. And it's so frustrating because you want to do successful. And a lot of these roles, you can't really get. So I was like, why don't we just create something where we can build experience and also give back to other people to get into these positions. So I'm looking for social media managers, three positions, one for IG, LinkedIn, and TikTok. I'm also looking for an event manager, I'm looking for an outreach manager, I'm looking for email marketing as well. And then I'm looking for another position that I probably forgot. But the way that you're gonna apply is just a simple like, who are you? Why do you want to join? And it's the link in bio. And we're really want to build a team to be able to grow this organization even further because I really do believe we need more in marketing because we are such natural storytellers. So we know what's happening. We have all this stuff. And it's time that we start building our own community to be able to break into these barriers. Because when I was in marketing, my parents did not want me to do these creative industries because, like, give up on that. Like, on stuff. And a lot of these careers take time to build. And we need more to be able to tell our stories as well.
