everything i ate at nobu everything I ate at my first time at Nobu we had to start off strong with yellowtail carpaccio having never dined here before I came into it having low expectations which seems counter intuitive but when places like these have such a reputation it's hard not to be disappointed but I must say this fish was super fresh and silky 6.5/10 to start off the meal then was the tuna crispy rice which I was the most excited about just because I love crispy rice I didn't expect I'd have to assemble it myself cute, fun gimmick or wtv but the amount of tuna they gave for the rice was not adding up I felt like we had to ration it very carefully the tiniest amount I guess it was good with the sauce but 5/10 would not order again crunchy mushroom salad I actually like this one a lot these crispy shiitake were so yummy 8/10 I would eat a bag of these just as chips lobster tacos nothing special probably would try the wagyu or skip tacos completely 5.5/10 okay I lied I was actually most excited to try their infamous miso black cod you guys way too sweet all I could taste was the sugar we tried to eat the center of it face doesn't lie... "so mid" but honestly we were struggling to get through this one 2/10 💀 just save your money
