As someone that's tried a lot of omakase in New York, this is by far the best affordable option. Kaki Omakase is BYOB and has a $75 15-course omakase. Most 15-course omakases are at least or around $100, so this is an amazing option. You start off with miso soup and this really cool light show before you dive into the sushi. You got your different cuts of tuna, salmon, uni, and all of this was so fresh and topped with pairings like truffle, garlic, and so much more. My absolute favorite was the toro and the scallop with the truffle. Like this is such an amazing deal for $75. They even gave dessert which was like this matcha custard which was so insanely delicious. The staff was great, the food was absolutely amazing, I will 100% be coming back.
