I went to Din Tai Fung in New York and I'm rating everything I ate. Started with the sesame espresso martini, delicious. I'm giving it an eight out of 10, obviously. Followed by the cucumber salad. They're so good. I could eat 10/10 of them. This time, I experimented with the wood ear mushrooms. I've never had those kind of mushrooms before. They were different, but good. I would go like a seven out of 10. Now for the star of the show, the shrimp and pork spicy wonton. Orgasm-ic. 10 out of 10, obviously. We also tried the vegetable dumplings. Uh, I just they were like an. I also loved the sesame noodle. I need to figure out how to remake them, honestly. 10/10. And then we did another order of noodles this time with the spicy sauce. They're good, not as good as the sesame noodles though. I give it a seven. And then the chocolate xiao long bao, which I also need to figure out how to remake, because this might be my favorite dessert. 10/10, obviously.
