Orange wine/ Skin contact wine Is the better white grape wine with more balance and structure. It's chic!

Guys, I just wanted to share my love for orange wine. Orange wine/ Skin contact wine is made from white grapes, but the difference is that um it's made like how red wine would be. So the difference between when you make white wine and red wine, for red wine you usually leave the skin on, like the peel. And then with white wine, they usually peel off. So since the skin makes contact, that's why it's called skin contact wine or orange wine. Um, it creates more tannins in the wine. Tannins is less of a flavor, but more of a physical mouth texture that feels more chalky. And I love that because it makes the wine taste less acidic. I don't really like acidic wine and white wine tastes like it's higher in acidity. It is! It feels more balanced. I love orange wine. I want everyone to get hip to it. Skin contact, orange wine, it's all the same. Look into it. My oysters just got here.
