MINI MEATBALL PASTA RECIPE✨ INGREDIENTS: 1lb ground meat (i used ground sausage) 1 egg 1c. bread crumbs 1/2c. grated parmesan cheese tbsp. garlic powder tbsp. italian seasoning 1/2 tbsp. onion powder 1/2 tbsp. dried parsley S&P to taste splash of milk (for the meatball mixture) tbsp. olive oil 1lb pasta 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce(we love @Rao’s Homemade ) 4c. chicken broth 1c. shredded mozzarella cheese RECIPE: Mix your ground meat, seasonings, parm cheese, egg, splash of milk and bread crumbs together in a bowl until just combined (try not to overmix here! Spoon out mini meatball size balls of meat and roll them out (i use my smallest cookie scoop for this which gives us the perfect little bite) In large saucepan heat up tbsp of olive oil, and then drop in meatballs Brown meatballs for about 5-7 mins before tossing in dried pasta Add in jar of sauce and chicken broth and simmer on medium until pasta is cooked and has absorbed most the liquid (about 15mins) Finish with mozzarella cheese and mix to melt the cheese!
