Looking for a better way to communicate with your students' parents? Maybe be a little more organized and be able to get it done in less amount of time. Check this out. I have my brand new Google Doc and I'm going to go up to Insert and I'm going to go to Building blocks and then email draft. And this is going to give me the format that I need with the two box, CC, BCC, and then subject. I can put my email body right here. This is an example of an assignment. And I can go in and I can put in a subject, put who I'm sending this email to, change out these bracketed things so that I have all of these details. So then I can hit this Gmail button right here and it kicks over into a send window. Draft to Gmail to send. To parents. Assignment. So I can send that email to my students' parents for their missing assignment. But back on this document, I can also go over here and I can add more tabs here and I can rename these tabs and build one tab for each email template that I'm going to use when sending to the parents of my students. So now you've got a singular that email that has all of your email drafts in it that you can then use over and over again to send emails home, and your communication done in an easy way that won't typing.
