Hook

I didn't think this was so strange before, but I realized now that a lot of people do not have a family email. For us, our family email is kind of like our lifeline. We use it for most things. When we were getting married, we used it for all of our wedding quotes and everything that we had to do with the wedding. After that, we've expanded and we use it now for things like our healthcare records, anything that we subscribe to as a family, all of that lives in the family email. I think it's just alignment. So if there is a dentist appointment, hospital appointment, something at school which we need to be aware of, it's all in the calendar, so we both just have complete transparency and visibility. We also have a folder in there in our drive, which is our in case of emergency folder, which we can talk about another day. I feel like our email's been a bit of a lifesaver, especially when we've got a business, also raising our daughter and we've got other things on. It's just nice to have everything in one place. It turns out that not everyone has this. If you have been on the edge around figuring out systems that work for your family, then this might be a way that you can combat some arguments and some issues where everyone keeps forgetting what is going on with the family.
