Women's period is not a dirty word

Women's period is not a dirty word. And a woman's period is not something a responsible man should fear discussing. Nature is nature. Can you cover the sky with your palm? Every month, millions of women experience menstruation. And pretending it does not exist will not make it disappear. Menstruation is a normal biological process, not a disgrace, not a dirty secret or something a woman should hide. Why then do some men become uncomfortable, ashamed or irritated when the subject comes up? Sometimes it is because they were never taught about it. Sometimes culture has made them believe that menstrual blood is something shameful. Let us not forget that every human being entered this world through a woman. A wise man does not mock what he does not experience. He respects what he does not understand. Men should learn about menstruation, support women and speak about it with maturity. When a woman is experiencing menstrual discomfort, kindness is better than irritation. A simple question like "are you okay?" can mean more than expensive gifts. She should not be treated as dirty, weak or embarrassing. During her menstruation period, understanding can be more valuable than words. Let us raise boys who understand women and men who are not embarrassed by nature. There is no shame in discussing menstruation. Ignorance is what we should be uncomfortable about.
