Hook
If you are a woman and you are watching this video, this is what is going to help you prevent recurring infections. I told you you need to take probiotics after treating, after taking a lot of antibiotics for treatment. But here is what I call self-care for your vagina. Take it from me. I'm going to give you three things and number three is most important. Number one, avoid wearing so many panty liners. Yes, I understand that you are ovulating and all that and you can just wear it during your period and or should I say shortly after your period, because your vagina actually thrives with air. So you need to let that nigga breathe for a very for a while. So when you go out, you are supposed to wear cotton underwear for the most part, so that air seeps in and you know, it helps regulate that place. Number two, when you are done peeing and you wash off and you wear your underwear almost immediately, it creates like a damp, moist environment and that is where fungi actually thrive. You have fungi and yeast in your vagina, so they need that kind of environment to thrive and then overgrow. Every woman has fungi, but then that kind of environment can actually help them overgrow. And number three, when you are shaving and you shave your armpit first, you introduce the bacteria from your underarms into your vagina to shave. You can think about it. If you are going to use one shaving stick, shave your vagina first and then shave your armpits. Because at least with your armpits you can just use wool. But once you shave your underarms first and then you introduce that bacteria to your vagina, it is a different, you could actually cause infection for the most part. And I actually stole this concept from somebody, but I'm here to share it because it is actually something that most women actually need. And always take a probiotic at the end of your antibiotic treatment, all together, concurrently for the most part. So share this with other women and yeah.
