How am I supposed to stop loving you when I love you then and I love you now? I would love a step by step tutorial on how to get over you. And it's kinda hard to know when no one else comes around for me to even try to. And I've even tried hating you, but that didn't work out. So I keep pretending that I'm over you! Cause maybe some placebo effect can take place to make me forget what I once knew about you, about us. And maybe I can finally subtract you out of my mind. And plus, then I wouldn't have to divide up all my time, I could simply multiply it into another girl's life and finally find a wife to be my better half and complete me. That fraction that could simplify me into a whole number and not mislead me. I hope that this is all adding up and that you're reading along. And if you're confused, then I can take out the beat so you can pay more attention to the lyrics of the song. So let me say it plainly. I'll put the calculator down. No numbers, but just that every equation leads back to you. And I'm failing to move on. I still love you and I don't know how to stop. I don't miss the idea of you. I miss you. And I just haven't figured out how to let go yet.
