Come spend the day with us as Landlords And lets get this property back ready to rent again We had a tenant move out and let's talk about how much it cost total to get this property back ready to rent again And let's get this property back ready to rent again We spent $285 at Lowes to get all the materials now just the bucket of paint to repaint the entire trailer is $125 And did y'all see the two places where I missed painting on the kitchen cabinet But we had to buy a new refrigerator for this property that was $460 And today when I was cleaning underneath the bathroom sink I noticed it was leaking so that was $70 to fix it **Now the new fridge, the plumbing and painting the cabinets was no fault to the tenant** We spent $45 at the Dollar General on cleaning supplies So $876 later and then we spent $600 to clean the entire trailer But I did not get drenched in the shower no baby my ass was just sweating that much And I wasn't even done I still had to sweep and mop Cleaning a property is always my least favorite part I don't even like cleaning up from myself in my family I damn sure don't like cleaning up from other people And it being a thousand degrees in this trailer doesn't help Baby you already know he's a bad But cleaning up from behind myself I still had to sweep and mop
