Yeah, one of the reasons why Minecraft surges in popularity every two years is because Minecraft is as close to a perfect game as one can possibly get. I mean, look, let's just look at Minecraft on number one, it has the best graphics. Nobody ever complains about the graphics of Minecraft. No one has ever gone, man, I can't play this game because the graphics are too blocky. That's the point. Minecraft is supposed to be. And this is what kills a lot of games for like the nostalgia purposes. Like, man, this doesn't look like modern. This doesn't look like how it should look in 2026. But Minecraft was meant to be a timeless game graphically. Infinitely customizable. Just without mods, without anything else, Minecraft itself, you could play this game vanilla for thousands of years, and there's always something more to do. Make a new base, explore a new region, explore a new biome. Many other games are just kind of like on the rails. Meanwhile, Minecraft prides itself on not being on the rails. That's why every two years when there's something new that comes to Minecraft, everyone hops back on and goes, hey man, do you want to go to the new, you want to try out the new update where they added lollipops, rainbows, and unicorns? That's now another thing to do in a seemingly infinite game. And this is something a lot of people don't understand. Minecraft now has generations of players on it. Legitimately has a generation of 35 year olds that have been playing this game since its inception and a generation of 12 year olds still playing the game for an equal amount of time. Tell me another game that has the hearts of both 35 year olds and 12 year olds that they both can play. Yeah, one may say, oh, gaming stagnated or oh, gaming fell off. No, it's just we already have perfect. It's just you get bored of because of how perfect they. No one ever gets bored of Minecraft.
