If you want to take a Christmas trip this year here's where I'd go based on your budget. If you're trying to keep it cheaper I'd choose McAdenville, North Carolina. It's literally called Christmas Town USA and the main Christmas attraction is literally free. All the lights are insane. Now if you have a little more to spend I'd choose Frankenmuth, Michigan. The entire town literally looks like a Christmas village. You have Bronner's Christmas Wonderland which is the largest Christmas store in the world. The whole downtown is Bavarian architecture. The whole town lights up including River Place Shops where you can get so many festive treats and souvenirs. There's so many Christmas things to do without having a big city budget. Now if this is your big Christmas trip and you're ready to splurge then obviously New York City is your go-to. You have Rockefeller Center of course with the tree and ice skating. Fifth Avenue and Saks light shows are insane. Pictures are literally magical. And you have Bryant Park Winter Village. Whenever I went it was so cute. Be prepared to spend a lot of money if you're a shopper. I got hot chocolate there and it was amazing. And of course Dyker Heights. Their bus tours and different kinds of tours that will take you over there as well. This neighborhood goes insane, clearly. Yes it's expensive, but there's a reason everyone wants to spend Christmas in New York at least once in their life. What's YOUR Christmas trip budget? Comment your Christmas trip budget and who you're traveling with and I'll let you know where to go.
