He has set up a voice back and forth with his lead AI agent. So this is It's worth talking about this, like, workforce setup just for one second. So I have these- That's We want the deets. I have these 34 agents. He had a very similar setup. staff, whose name is Simon. Simon has, like, a memory documentation assistant named Toby. Simon has six direct reports. All the direct reports are named after the Friends characters 'cause I live in New York. Chandler running marketing, and Rachel running client work, and Phoebe, who's just the crazy, you know, loosey-goosey in the corner just being like, "Why don't we 20X it?" And those six have somewhere between- don't we 20X it? Yeah. Let's go Tagline. So And then they all have about, like, three to seven sub-agents, and they can all spin up what I call, like, civilians, which would be temporary agents, and maybe it's two agents or hundreds of agents. So let's just say we have those 34 agents, but I'm mostly talking to Simon, that chief of staff. This 18,000 step gentleman had the exact same setup. His chief of staff is Maya. So he has set up a live voice conversation with Maya 'cause he doesn't even wanna be looking at his And so he just goes on steps and has full voice conversations, kicking off tasks with Maya. Maya delegates it out depending on, you know, whether it's an engineering task or a product task or a client Being able to, to do th- that is the way that some people are working today.
