3 mindblowing yet simple Claude Cowork agents. From founder of ~30 person creative agency. I run a 30 person creative agency and here are three agents that I've set up within Claude Cowork that run by themselves and genuinely excite me every single morning. First one is a morning briefing. Every day it goes through my email, my calendar, my Fireflies, all my Slacks, my Notion. It gives me a prioritised list of exactly what I should be doing that day and it's got so many things that I would have missed and it just runs by itself. It's amazing. Second one is an AI project manager. This looks at external client, slack channel, internal slack channel, Fireflies are Notion. And every single day it figures out the blockers, follows up on the tasks and sends a summary, tagging all of the relevant people in Slack and Notion. It does this automatically every single day. Third one is a creative research agent. Once a week it logs into Calo data, it looks at all of these different video categories, pulls together a report on the videos that have driven the highest GMV. Sends me this super organised report. You don't need to be super technical to set this up. You literally just go into Claude Cowork and use Whisper to describe the workflow that you want. Just hold down that FN key and talk for five minutes explaining everything and then it will just go to work. If it gets stuck, it will ask you questions. That's the workflow.
