Actually made 4 different versions of the iPhone 17 Pro Max. Some versions are better than other versions, but which one you get completely depends on where you live and where you bought the phone. Starting with version number one, this is model A3257. This is the one you get if in the United States or Puerto Rico. As you can see right above that serial number, I have that version. This version has no physical SIM card slots at all. It's completely eSIM only. And so because of that, my iPhone 17 Pro Max is equipped with a 5088 milliamp power battery. But not all of them have that same size of battery. Second model is D A3525. This one is sold in Canada, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. And this one is basically the same as the American version. Then things get a little weird. Model A3527 is the one sold in mainland China. And it's equipped for two physical SIM cards. One sim card slot, 2 sim cards. Because it has the SIM card slot, it takes up more space in the phone. And so this version of the iPhone 17 Pro Max actually has a 4823 milliamp power battery, giving it worse battery life than the American version. And then you have the last version, which is A3526. That is the one sold throughout the rest of the entire world. This will give you a physical SIM slot and then also eSIM at the same time. But because it has that physical SIM slot, it does have a smaller battery, the American version. The iPhone 17 Pro Max actually has a 4823 milliamp power battery, giving it worse battery life than the American version. And then you have the last version, which is A3526.
