I don't think I've ever gone into a Lush store and not got a headache straight away. I think it's one of the most overstimulating places on the planet. However, they do have some really good products and I can't stop ordering from their website right now. I thought it might be helpful if I told you guys what products are worth it and what you can afford to skip. The cult classic, the one that everyone loves, and that's the Super Milk Hair Primer. I wish I loved this. To me, this smells really spicy, like almost like cinnamony, so I'm not a big fan of this. And I don't like the perfume version. You could skip all of the body mists in my opinion. But I will say the Sticky Dates hair primer, I much prefer. The smell of this is very, very mild compared to the body mist. The body mist is too much. A light, sweet caramel scent and it doesn't overpower anything. And when you put it in your hair. It's not the only thing that you can smell. I've got five of the massage bars and they are really good. So this one is the Sleepy one and I keep this by my bed. And every night I put it on. It's basically lavender, there's magnesium and it's just meant to be really calming and soothing for your muscles. It is meant to make you sleep deeper. However, I don't know if that's actually what's happening. I wake up all throughout the night anyway. So I'm not the best test subject for this. But I like the smell and it's calming. This is Turmeric Latte. Now, this I haven't used yet because I'm not sure I like the smell. It's meant to be like tonka bean and vanilla. I get all of the turmeric and I don't really wanna smell turmeric. It reminds me of my mom's cooking. The Rose one and this smells really good. It's like a soapy, clean rose. All of these massage bars are really nice. You just warm them up in your hand and put them on your skin and it gives you a really nice glow and the scent lasts forever. It's amazing, super hydrating as well. This is the Shimmy Shimmy bar and this gives you a shimmer though. I love it. This one is like a finishing touch one and it's hydrating as well. And I like that it doesn't smell strong, 'cause a lot of my body glows have like a really intense smell, which I'm not super fond of actually. Put some on the collarbone. Look at that, isn't that crazy? Another product that I think you can skip is the cocoa butter. I had high hopes for this. It smells really, really, really perfume-like. It doesn't smell like natural cocoa butter. It just smells really strong of like fragrance, like a, like an artificial fragrance. I'm not a fan of that body lotion. I love is the Sticky Dates one. This smells amazing. It's like caramel but not sickly. Another cult classic. This is the Scrubbee and this smells like honey and cocoa butter. I like to use this when I can't be bothered to do a moisturizer after I shower. So it's really handy 'cause you come out the shower feeling and looking moisturized. These Sticky Dates dusting powder. They've changed the packaging of these. I've tried this Snow Fairy one and this Silky Underwear one and I like them all. This is just like a vanillary take on the dusting powder. And I like to use this before bed. I like to put it on my skin sometimes. I don't wanna feel lotiony if I put too much on. That is everything that I'm currently using from Lush. If you have any recommendations for me, please let me know 'cause I'm always on the hunt for more.
