Formed January 5, 2023 — 19 days before January 24. But instead of running with the timing, I pulled the actual Massachusetts corporate filings to find out what “Black Belt” means, who Lovette Dobson is, what Patrick’s company was created to do, and when it shut down. Some answers were completely ordinary. Others left me with a whole new set of questions about the digital investigation. Because an LLC isn’t evidence of wrongdoing. But when the receipts say “computer software consulting and development services,” I want to know just how thoroughly the tech expert’s digital world was independently verified, too. Don’t assume.
