Joe from Georgia and article coming out from Redfin, the real estate giant. Folks, they don't have any good news for the housing market. As a matter of fact, they're saying that there's going to be some markets that might have a 50% price drop. Calling it worse than 2008. And if you were around in 2008, you know it was horrible. But folks, we have the least amount of home buyers that we have ever had in decades. And the way homes are selling is the slowest in the last 14 years. So folks, we've got slower growth. You've got mortgage rates that are out the yang-yang and that's another reason that the market is the way it is. For example, for myself, my mortgage rate is two and a quarter percent interest. Now, I refinanced to get that. I originally bought this at four and a half. I get to two and a quarter percent interest. I'm not selling my home at all. I'm not doing that for two and a quarter percent. But the problem is high mortgage rates right now. There's not enough buyers. And folks, really there's not a great inventory of what people are looking for. So once again, housing market not crashing, but it doesn't look good. But the problem is high mortgage rates right now.
