Hello and happy Sunday. It's time to plan and organize our social media content for the week. This is essentially a weekly series at this point and it's great because not only does it keep me accountable, but it seems like it's helping others too. So that's awesome. And this week I'm going to change up the camera angle a little bit so you guys can see directly into my planner to see how I plan my content. I have a busy travel week this week, but we're also about to hit 10k, I'm like 50 followers away. So I'm, we're still going to be consistent with our posting. If you watch these videos, you may already know this, but this is the Dailee planner. It's what I use every week to plan my social media content. My favorite thing about this planner is the weekly overview page, which is technically for meal planning, but I use it to plan my social media. So the first thing I do every week, regardless of whether I have a bunch of ideas or no ideas, is I go into my TikTok analytics and look at my new followers from the top five videos from the past seven days and 28 days and write them out here. I use this as a reference point to kind of show what is performing well and what people are liking. Second, I use the second half of the page to brainstorm ideas, keywords, and since I'm traveling this week, I already have a few ideas that I wrote down. And then I will go and create search insights and see if there's anything that my video search insights. I will put a little star next to it so I know that I can go back and search it later. Then I kind of map them out in what a publishing schedule could look like for a week. I typically always leave one day blank just because I feel like random ideas will pop into my head. I feel like mapping it to a one-page system where you have your analytics, your brainstorm, and then your content calendar keeps it really easy and it always manages to be under 30 minutes for me. Then I use my highlighter to highlight the different boxes, just to make it pretty and aesthetic. This is a pretty simple planning system because I work a full-time 9 to 5. So I do not always have time to come up with content off the cuff, but this isn't meant to be like a hard guide either. Planning this way, I think gives you more direction, but also still flexibility for coming up with content throughout the week. But I need to start packing for my trip, so I'm going to go do that. And I will talk to you guys next time.
