The Works Haul

The Works Haul All the books I've picked up shamelessly within about a month of each other from The Works. So starting off really strong. I went in for Daybreak by Autumn Woods. And not just any Daybreak, but the incredible sprayed edge copy of Daybreak. Look at this. Stunning. I was very scared this was going to be sold out when I got there. There was about two left. So very glad I went when I did. Now I'm not going to lie, I have been looking for the Nightshade with the sprayed edge edition for so long. But I can't find it for less than 40 pounds. And these originally retail for six. And that is just like ridiculous. I'm not paying that. When I went in to get Daybreak, look what I found. I found both of them. This was hidden like towards the back of the shop. So very, very happy with them. I'm obsessed. It's an addiction, I swear. And on the same trip, I decided to pick up the paperback version of Fearless by Lauren Roberts. And I'm pretty sure this is the only one out of the set that I don't have. And yeah, it's just nice to complete the set. And this also came with quite a nice sprayed edge. So yeah, I also picked up this to complete the set. And then on the same trip, I decided to browse the back wall of books and I found the first two in a series that I've been wanting to pick up for a really long time. And that is the Vancouver Storm series by Stephanie Archer. I've got Behind the Net and then also Fake Out. Which I'm so excited to pick these up and give these a go as well. So yeah, this is a lot. And because I'm self-aware, I understand that this is a lot and this could be a problem. Please don't judge me too much. But yeah, I would love to know which one's your favorite.
