Replying to @Jamie Stone Jump scare, I'm a different person cast off has been A LOT on me emotionally. It's a very bizarre experience to look in the mirror and see such a difference in your face ESPECIALLY because you are so swollen not only in your nose but your entire face. I looked like lemon grab😂 the swelling in my face and nose will go down and my nose will change day by day for months. You have to keep reminding yourself that this isn't your true nose but for some reason your mind tries to convince you it is?!? It's weird! I know my nose isn't even bad but it's just SO different! It's really a major adjustment. My partner has been really supportive through this whole process. Having him reassure me that it will all look perfect in the end has been really encouraging AND having direct access to my doc @Op. Dr. Selim Turan who also gives me the same encouragement has really eased my anxiety. What I also love about Dr Turan that if for any reason you don't like something about your nose they will do another srgy for free! That was a major green flag for me during my consult. Obviously that's not the objective but it's good to know that you are supported and listened to throughout this process. I'II keep you guys posted along the way of how my nose heals and changes!

out of failed nose job 10 years ago and Beverly Hills so I flew to Turkey to fix it and now we're about to remove my cast. The recovery process has been really easy. I'm in no pain. I didn't even have to take painkillers. Day to day, I'm just staying on top of my aftercare, taking my medications. I don't really feel like leaving the hotel too often just because I have a lot of pressure on my face, so I'd just rather stay out of the heat. Definitely nervous to see my nose, but I'm so ready to get these tampons out, so I don't even care anymore. Six days after surgery, we headed back into Cotacoy to take off my cast. I decided to get fully ready for this experience because I felt like it would help me adjust to my new face. We did a little bit of shopping beforehand because I wanted a nicer outfit and also I wanted an outfit for dinner. Then we took a quick walk over to Dr. Turan's office and I ended up running into him in the elevator. This, at this point, I feel like I'm gonna throw up. I have been so nervous about seeing my nose and the swelling and the healing process. Your nose looks so different on cast off day. Everything is exaggerated on table as well to account for how much the nose will soften and drop. So, it's really gonna take three to six months before it even starts to look like the actual nose. We took out the tampons. Look how big those things are. This part felt really yucky, but so relieving to get them out. At first, I did not like my nose, but the more I'm looking at it, the more I'm like, okay, it's cute. I can see the vision. It's just so trippy when you see yourself like this for the first time because obviously you see yourself one way every day and then suddenly you look different. And from the document I gave him, these are the noses. He thinks that it will heal into these are his patients. Now we're taping my nose and we're gonna add on the secondary cast, which I will wear for one week. We're also going to be putting in a retainer, which I'm gonna wear for two weeks, and then I'm gonna switch to a smaller retainer. It's actually crazy to see the amount of aftercare that goes into his. Versus my nose jobs. The first one, which was nothing. And then I said bye to him and his lovely staff. I love the girls here so much. And then we just got one final round of medication at the pharmacy. So now along with my previous aftercare, we're adding in nasal rinses eight times a day and then also washing my retainer. John's still doing everything for me, except for the rinses. Can breathe and taste food again. We decided to go to the European side to have a very nice dinner before we leave tomorrow. This restaurant was gorgeous. They had these crazy sculpted flowers that were a huge backdrop and the city and the food was so good. The next morning we had one last breakfast before heading to the car. They sent a car for us. I'm definitely ready to be back home, back in my own bed, so I'm very excited, but I'm definitely gonna miss. So, Istanbul is so gorgeous here and the people are so lovely. We did almost miss our flight, but thank God we made it. And also they send you with paperwork so that you're not turned away at the airline. Now we are back home and I'll keep you guys posted on the healing progress.
