New House Series How much it cost? here's how needed to buy originally told me it was $317,000 this house but talked them down to $304,000 small down payment because I'm using a VA loan which doesn't require a down payment that was zero dollars and also because I'm using a builder like Dr Horton I did not have to come out of pocket for closing because they covered it for me so that was also $0 appliances was already included so that saved me money where I didn't have to come out of pocket to buy a washer and dryer so zero well because I'm prior military the VA did appraiser and did come out of pocket $745 to pay for my inspector that price also included reinspection taco another $1,000 and earnest at closing me a check for $1,645 giving me the $1,000 I paid back in earnest money plus some taxes for the year so if you subtract amount I said they gave me I only spent about $100 to get this house I hope that made sense but let me know if you have any questions and don't forget housing journey bye
