New Home Series Monthly Payments everybody keep asking what's mortgage on my new house so let's these numbers my last you $100 to get this house I had no closing down so y'all thinking I'm paying a lot a my interest rate is at 4.5% and I have no property taxes because of being prior military so that saves me about $700 a month with that being said my $1540 a month plus homeowner is $127 that puts me at about $1,667 every for 30 years homeowners insurance rates can change and of course off my house before the 30 years because like I this is one of the many investment properties I plan to have the goal is to wash and many properties across because build generational wealth for my kids kids and their kids so I'm getting this house ready my future renters and just know whenever actual it's baby so make sure because this is just just the beginning
