$3000 - $3500

I live in Silicon Valley it's the most expensive city especially right now in the US in the last few weeks I have been house hunting for one bedroom apartment with a budget of 3,000 to 3,500 US dollars a perfect apartment for me would look like clean finishing wooden floors especially on kitchen and living room bedroom and ensuite gym gym parking and stainless appliances as we go through some of the apartments that I've been able to see over time yeah so to start it off this was an apartment that was in I didn't pick this apartment the cost was around thirty two hundred dollars I didn't pick it because I didn't like the open kitchen plan especially because it didn't have a kitchen island the floor was something something that I was looking for but what kept throwing me off this apartment was definitely it the size it was of a smaller size probably around 500 to 600 foot not so small it had a walk-in closet which was impressive but the size of the closet was also really and especially for the price and considering the size it also had a balcony but yeah I didn't pick this one the second apartment that I went to tour was it was definitely bigger than the first one it had a kitchen island that I really liked stainless appliances as you can see a dishwasher wooden floors white cabinets and clean finishing the open plan kitchen was really executed and the flow of the house was really amazing the living room was also compared to the other house that I had seen and I really liked it the lighting was amazing and everything this house was really spacious the lighting the fixtures the bedroom was also really big the floors it had an ensuite bathroom which was also amazing and really what I wanted the only downside to this apartment is that just in front of the carpet was the hallway really smell really badly and maybe it was like some dog pee or something in general it but I just didn't pick it because of how it was smelling my third apartment to view was definitely the pierce it's located by downtown San Jose I really liked it they had like really super obsessed by the color of the cabinet it looked like it was oak or something the kitchen island also looked really beautiful and it was big and it was long but I'm not really a fan of open ended kind of kitchen island if that makes sense the apartment also had an in unit washer and dryer which was really impressive this is exactly what they were so generous with spaces and you can even see the toilet was also really big the bathroom was amazing and the colors were also perfect apart from the kitchen island the living room for was definitely wanting the cost of this apartment was 3,550 and for such kind of money I was willing to give it up because of this kind of small space they however had a really huge bedroom and a really big walking closet the size of the walking closet was really and it could fit a twin bed but this was not enough for me to pick this house because I spend more time in the living room so I needed a bigger living room space the last apartment that I went to tour was Ascent apartment in San Jose still I found it okay it was within the price range the cost was around 3,300 US dollars so it was manageable it had wooden the the lighting the balcony the kitchen the kitchen was really big with white cabinets good finishing stainless steel appliances the kitchen island was also really which was also an advantage the living room as was not as really small as the one I saw previously so this one was okay and it had even enough space for a couch a telly just exactly what you which was better than the other one for sure the living room opened to which had palm trees definitely a signature for Cali so beautiful it's summer so the sun was outside and the space it still had a washer and dryer in unit which was a standard the bedroom was also really well aerated lighting was perfect it was sizeable didn't find any complaints about this unit for sure to be honest I really loved it I loved it I loved the color the carpet everything was really matching to what I was looking for the closet the closet was also really fine just fine not so small just sizeable definitely smaller than the one that we saw previously the bathroom was also really spacious and very well lit which was also an advantage the only reason I didn't was because this was the only available unit for me to move into immediately effective
