Come with me apartment hunting in London. I'm looking for a one bedroom flat. Actually, I have moved every single year since 2022. I'm so tired. Sometimes it's been twice in a year, but hopefully, this will be my long-term place. The location I'm looking at is zone two, maybe zone three if it makes sense, and it's always going to be northwest or west London, so the prices will be higher than any other places you see. This is the first apartment. It's on the ground floor of a gated community. There's literally a security guard that stays at the gates. That's kind of mad, I can't lie. The price per month is 2,300, that's before bills, so yeah. It's definitely very steep. It hasn't really got a modern look. It looks kind of old if I'm being honest. Not really a fan of that, but the living room is very spacious, and so is the bedroom to be fair. The bed is even big as well, but again, everything just looks too old. And I don't know if there's enough wardrobe space. The bathroom is quite big, but again, looks very old, and I'm not really a fan of bath tubs. I'd rather just have a shower. The person that lives there already said they spend around 300 pounds on bills, so that would be like 2.6k per month. Not making sense, we are out the budget. Let's go to the next place. All right, apartment number two, and again, it's in zone two, very close to zone one. Let's see what it says. Okay, so this place is 2,000 pounds on the dot. Let's just start with the location. Very good location, very close to everything I need. The living room is smaller than the last place, and I'm not really a fan of the whole kitchen next to the toilet type of situation. The setup is a bit weird. Yo, they've even got the Harry Potter cupboard thing under the stairs. Yo, I might need to get this place purely because of that. The natural lighting comes in very well, which I do like, because them days where you just need the sun coming in, the light coming in, that's going to be good. The bedroom is nice as well. I've got nothing bad to say about it. It has got a good space. I'm not really a fan of the fact that the TV is on the side. I prefer when the TV is in front, but yeah, I prefer it over the first place, but I'm really not a fan of either of them, so the hunt continues. Apartment number three, and this is the final one of the video. This place is 2,100. It's got a very good and secure building. I kind of like this. Redecoration is definitely needed, and obviously it's messy because the tenants are about to leave, but the space in the living room is really good. I can imagine having really good gatherings here, and there's a balcony as well. Yo, this is the only one that had a balcony, and the balcony is actually big as well. Looking over the city, yo, West London, we live. The annoying thing about flat hunting is when you find something that makes sense, but then you just see one thing that doesn't make sense and it throws it all off. The bedroom is just way too small. Look at the wardrobe, bro. If you know how many clothes I have, you guys know, if you're an OG, you know I have too many clothes for this bedroom, but yeah, the bathroom is nice, but that bedroom, too small. The bills again was like 300 to 350. I need to move out my current place in like three weeks, so I have to make a decision soon, but I don't think I'm going for any of these.
