Bond approval before bond registration

So Ndivhu's bond has been approved with a bank, but we're not yet at deed's, um, registration. So we're still in between that process. What are the things sure she doesn't do and what are the things that she will make sure she does do? Um, ja, so let's start. No. So let's start. No. Number one, we're not going to start going and buying furniture on credit card before the bond is registered. I know that you're house. You probably want to do window shopping and hold on, don't go swiping a credit card and buying things to probably affect your. Remember, the bank is still going to check if you can still afford this bond, right? So that's No. not going to do. So that's number one that Ndivhu is not going to do. No. 2 that Ndivhu is going to make sure I'm not gonna miss on ANY of my debt repayments. If I have any, if I have a credit card payment, I'm going to make sure I pay on time. Actually, maybe even pay extra if like, just make sure it any of this thing bounces quickly sort it out quickly pay it because it's gonna reflect on your record. So make sure you are on top of everything, right? And before we go to the two things that maybe Ndivhu will just remember I don't inbox anyone. I've not created a group of any sort on TikTok. So if you have someone who is saying, come, let's invest money somewhere, it's a scam. It's not me. So let's. So here are two things that Ndivhu will make sure she does. 1, I will follow up with the transfer attorneys, make sure I understand where they are at in the process and what's going on. Make sure if they need anything from me in terms of documents, I respond as quickly as possible. That process can take longer if you are the one who's delaying it by not responding as quickly as possible. And No. 2, I will make sure that I keep whatever funds I, are needed, whether it's the transfer, whether it's the transfer cost money, I will make sure I keep that on hand. So those are the two things that I do. I will make sure that I don't. While we're waiting for bond, uh, registration, there is a lot of things that you might have to consider.
