I Negotiated over 50k to buy a home
Transcript
I'm in the process of buying a home and here's some things that I negotiated on my contract. The first thing that I negotiated is for the sellers to purchase the home warranty, but they did decline. So I'm paying the home warranty. Number two is closing costs. I negotiated that the sellers to pay the closing costs, so I wouldn't have to bring much money to the table. And they did agree to that. Next is appliances. We negotiated that the stove, as well as the refrigerator stay in the home because this home is a bit older, so I want to ensure that all of the wiring is not aluminum, but it is switched out with copper. Fingers crossed. That's everything that I negotiated so far with my home.
