Let's build a $16,000 gaming PC setup for my fiance. If you're new here, my boyfriend Chet recently popped the question and he deserves the world, so I wanted to give him a little something too. So I begged Asus for their 20th anniversary collection and all the parts just finally came in. So it's time to do the build. I actually bought him a 9950X3D2 which I don't even have, because he's doing 3D modeling and editing, so I think it'll help. And y'all, all the parts are so pretty. So starting with the 20th anniversary X670E 70E which costs over $3,000. So, uh, forgive me if I'm a little nervous. We're playing a dangerous game with these nails too. But you can't do that. Anyways, the details on this motherboard are insane. Even the SSD heatsink on the bottom is beautiful. On the bottom. I went with Samsung 9100 Pro. This is a PCIe Gen 5 SSD, so it's gonna be super duper fast. And we're basically only gonna put the OS on this because I'm gonna get his other SSDs with his files later. For the RAM, I got him 32 gigabytes of DDR5 Royal. He doesn't really need more. And y'all, this thing was $800. Alright, so the case is the 20th anniversary collection, this beautiful open frame chassis. So we're just gonna go ahead and toss that motherboard in. And I'll have to do this part too because this is taking way too long. The full build is up on my YouTube though, if you're impatient. The build.
