I only researched how to get from Boston to Salem 567 times before finally committing on the ferry and I’m so glad I did. From Boston Logan international we grabbed an Uber to Long wharf where the Salem ferry sits. Quincy market was just a few blocks away so we were able to grab some food and browse at some of the vendors while we waited on the next ferry. There are four departure times so make sure you schedule ahead of time although we did not necessarily need to purchase tickets prior because there was plenty of space on the ferry. The ferry takes about one hour to get to Salem once we were in Salem honestly, the town is pretty walkable, but we did take the trolley to our hotel on Essex Street. #salem #boston #salemmassachusetts #travelvlog
