Washing your face in the shower? A green flag. I mean, as long as you use the right cleanser, it's fine. If it's mixed with soap and shampoo, then it's not fine. But, people overhype this. It doesn't make a difference. Ice Rolling? Red flag. If you do it too often, it can damage the skin barrier and also cause more problems, especially if you've got things like rosacea. Well. Beef Tallow? Red flag. Not evidence-based. You might feel good that you're like, sort of rebel for a little while, but when your skin becomes very congested and bumpy in appearance, you'll start washing these videos again. Silk Pillow cases? Green flag. Really helpful. Distribute on my face. My silk pillowcase is a lifesaver. Face steaming? Red flag. Because you shouldn't do it often. If you've got a lot of congestion, it can be helpful for some extractions, but you should be seeing a cosmetologist to make sure they're doing it safely and generally. Drinking Chlorophyll. Red flag. Um, no clinical evidence for this. Um, a lot of people do it and actually repeated exposure can be quite dangerous as well. Double cleansing? Um, red flag. Potentially a red flag because a lot of people are using quite harsh cleansers and using the same cleanser. So you use either cleanser, like a clay-based cleanser or a foaming cleanser first, or a balm for instance, and then do cream cleanser or a balm for instance. So, as long as you do it correctly, it's green. Face taping? Flag. Red flag. I mean, face taping doesn't work. Think skin. I don't understand are great. I've never seen somebody stick to it and get long-term results.
