POV: the emotional rollercoaster of ordering "gluten free" pizza as a celiac 🤮

Would YOU have trusted this “gluten free” pizza? 🤔👇 There’s no obvious “yes” or “no” answer, so I’d love to hear! I do eat from some shared ovens, but I decided to pass on this pizza. Our waitress didn’t sound confident they could make it safely for me, and her description of the air-blowing oven made it sound like a higher cross contact risk from crumbs being blown around. 😅 That does NOT mean every shared oven is unsafe—or that every celiac has to make the same decision. 🤷‍♀️ If you’ve eaten BJ’s gluten free pizza safely, plz let me know too & maybe I’ll get the courage to try it next time.
