UNPOPULAR OPINION: If you’re gonna SAY “gluten allergy,” don’t turn around and EAT GLUTEN 😭 I’m all for people avoiding gluten if it truly makes them feel better — or if they just prefer it (tho tbh I’ll never understand that 😅🤣). BUT when someone says “allergy” and then casually eats gluten anyway, it can make it HARDER for those of us with celiac disease or wheat allergies to be taken seriously. 🥲 Not to mention making restaurant workers, caterers & more do extra work they didn’t need to! 😭 What do you say when eating out?
