1. Working remotely will give you a life a dusty office never could. 2. Your salary isn't safety, it's a subscription to comfort that keeps you from going all-in on yourself. 3. Everyone building online is winging it since covid. Stop waiting to feel ready, delulu is the solulu. 4. The skills have always been inside of you. The hard part is unlearning the employee npc mindset. 5. You're not building a business in month 1-4, you're having an identity crisis. It's part of the process. And after that? Your whole life will change forever. 6. Time zones don't matter when you work for yourself. Timesheets only exist to keep you in the hamster wheel. 7. Your breakdown around month 4 is mandatory. That's your old self dying so your million $ identity can emerge. 8. Networking events won't save you. I‘d always prefer building in public and solving real problems instead. 9. If you're a circle, stop doing triangle work. Find what fulfills your soul, not their job description. 10. Comfort costs you decades. Discomfort costs you months. Do the math. 11. The corporate ladder leads to a ceiling you can't see yet. Ownership leads to freedom you can't imagine yet.
