Nobody sat me then what I know today. 1️⃣ Try things before you feel qualified to try them. The qualification always comes after the attempt, not before. 2️⃣ Learn how to use AI tools now regardless of how you feel about them. They are part of the job market whether you like it or not. Being the person who knows how to use them is an advantage. Being the person who refuses is a liability. 3️⃣ Get over rejected fast and often early in your career. Apply for the job that feels too big. Pitch the idea that feels too bold. Rejection early costs you nothing and teaches you everything. 4️⃣ If you want to work at a startup, do it now. The risk is lower, the learning is faster, and you will grow more in one year there than in three years at a corporate company. 5️⃣ Find a mentor who will tell you the truth, not just encourage you. One honest person who has been where you want to go is worth ten cheerleaders. 6️⃣ Read one book every month in a field that is not yours. The most valuable people in any room are the ones who can connect ideas from different worlds. 7️⃣ Network before you need anything. Show up to events, reach out to people, have conversations with no agenda. The relationships you build now will open doors in five years. 8️⃣ Imposter syndrome does not go away when you get more experience. It goes away when you stop waiting to feel ready and just do the thing anyway. 9️⃣ Add a new skill to your toolkit every six months. Not because your CV needs it. Because options come from competence and competence is built on purpose. 🔟 Pivoting is not starting over. Every skill you have built, every room you have been in, every mistake you have made is still part of what you bring. Nothing is wasted.
