Welcome to Fun After Five, a series where I show you fun things you can do in Las Vegas Monday through Friday after 5 PM. This is the week of August 17th through the 21st, so let's get into it. Monday, August 17th at 7 PM, you can head to Mesa Park for Sunset Sounds. This is a free six-week community class that focuses on breath, sound, and obviously sunset. You'll be guided through gentle, accessible breathwork following breathwork led by Iris and her crystal singing bowls. You can sign up for free and family friendly. Tuesday, August 18th, you can head to La Neta in Downtown Summerlin from 3 PM to close for their Tacos and Tequila Tuesdays. Every Tuesday you can enjoy $3 street tacos, $2 margaritas, and $5 Casamigos shots all night long. You can make a reservation at lanetacocina.com. Wednesday, August 19th at 6 PM, you can head to Wino and Commons for their Summer Series, Meet Mezcal. This is a guided tasting experience. This week we're meeting Mezcal. This is a guided tasting experience where you'll be tasting four distinct Mezcal and someone will be there to help you understand the differences in them and what specific terms mean. So if you are a Mezcal lover, there's no experience required. You can grab a ticket for around $48 plus tax at rezzy.com. Enjoy in this lovely experience. Thursday, August 20th at 6 PM, you can head to Stoney's North Forty for the Two Step Social with Vegas Girl events. Tickets are $28 and include entry into the venue, a drink ticket, a beginner-friendly country dance social, complete with dance lessons and drinks, open dance, and good times. To this event, you can grab your ticket at eventbrite.com. Friday, August 21st at 7 PM, you can head to Boca Park with Who Done It? Productions for a Scandal in High Society, a murder mystery. This is a live and interactive murder mystery party at Loaded Empanadas. Whether you want to be part of the show or just enjoy the experience, there are different ticket options available at eventbrite.com. To end this week's roundup, I want to share my social supper club that I brought to Las Vegas, The Ladies Supper Society. They have officially opened up memberships and we have our next three months of events planned out. So if you want to join in all the fun and eat delicious food, make brand new girlfriends around the dinner table, then we might be the club for you. You can check out all the details at ladiesuppersociety.wildapricot.org. My name is Crystal, I'm the owner and founder of a local social supper club called The Ladies Supper Society, and I'm a hospitality professional and I will see you all next week. Bye.
