Pumpkin spice tiramisu is officially on the fall menu 🎃☕️🤎 Creamy, dreamy, espresso-soaked, and filled with all the cozy pumpkin spice flavors. 🍂 Recipe: 2 cups espresso or strong coffee 2 tablespoons pumpkin sauce (recipe below) 16 oz mascarpone cheese ⅔ cup granulated sugar ⅓ cup brown sugar ½ cup pumpkin puree 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cup Heavy cream cold 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt 28 Ladyfingers (1 package) Pumpkin sauce: ½ cup pumpkin puree 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or extract) 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice pinch of salt -Add all the ingredients to a small bowl/cup and whisk until combined! Store in refrigerator for 2 weeks 🎃 -Prepare the espresso and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Mix in the pumpkin sauce and set aside. -In a large mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone, brown sugar, granulated sugar, kosher salt, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth and well combined. -Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla extract, mix until fully incorporated. -Pour in the cold heavy whipping cream and continue mixing for 3–4 minutes, or until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy. -Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for 1–2 seconds, then arrange them in an even layer in a 9×9-inch baking dish. -Spread half of the mascarpone mixture evenly over the ladyfingers. Add a second layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers. -Transfer the remaining mascarpone cream to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe small dollops of cream over the entire top layer of ladyfingers. -Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, allowing the ladyfingers to soften and the flavors to meld. -Just before serving, generously dust the top with cocoa powder.
