Let it sit until foamy. -Mix in the melted butter, eggs, pink food coloring, and salt. Gradually add the flour until a soft dough comes together. -Knead for 7-8 minutes (10-12 minutes by hand). Transfer to a greased bowl, cover. Let it rise for 1-1.5 hours or until doubled. -In a separate bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Set aside to let the juices develop. -Roll the dough out into a large rectangle and spread the softened butter evenly over the surface. -Evenly spread the strawberry filling on top, gently pressing it into the dough. -Cut dough into 12 even strips. Tightly roll up each strip. -Place the rolls into a 9"x13" greased baking dish, cover, and allow them to rise again about 30-45 minutes or until fluffy. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour heavy cream over the rolls. Bake for 20-25 minutes. -In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, milk, and pink food coloring until smooth. -Spread over the warm rolls and enjoy!
