Another restaurant has closed. And I already know who's next. Another Dallas restaurant closed. And I already know who's next. Another restaurant closed in Dallas. How about this, another restaurant never got to go to. And I already know who's next. Because I don't go out to eat like that. Lasted two years. Mar y Sol is officially finished. It's gonna be replaced. With an approachable sports bar. Latin restaurant Mar y Sol served its last guests in Uptown Dallas on Aug. 15. By fall, it will reopen as Victory Tap, a sports bar. What that means. Here's the thing y'all. It's a cutthroat business, right? I hate that people lose jobs. Because there's chefs, there's staff, there's servers, there's so many things involved. And now they don't have a job and it's horrible. But it's been so fascinating like seeing how fast Dallas is growing. And all these different restaurants with all these different concepts, saying thinking that they're gonna be the one. This concept's gonna be the one. No. No. Because people don't want that. And with that being said, because I have so many thoughts on that. There is one restaurant. That's not gonna make it. I'm letting you know now. It's not gonna make it. And if you're my people, you already know what I'm talking about. Because they've been pretty active lately. Okay, so I'm gonna see if you can read my mind. And put it in the comments. Because maybe I think we all talking about the same restaurant. They got two years max. Okay? Let me see. Are you my people? Mmm. Mmm. They're done. They're not making it. Okay, that's all I gotta say.
