I don't think y'all realize how UNDERpaid you are. Y'all are drastically being underpaid and it blows my mind. Okay, so I do free resume audits and stuff and I was talking to somebody on LinkedIn and their resume was pretty good. And so I did a video for them saying, hey man, like I know you're probably making 90 right now, but I can get you to 120 with a couple LinkedIn changes. You know what this man said? This man who has this amazing experience is making 36,000. 36,000. That resume that he had minimum, minimum, homeboy should be making 120. That's the craziest difference I've seen. Girl, I was so gagged when he said 36,000 a year.
