So apparently people who know zero X-Men lore are the only ones trying to trash Wolverine game. Like everyone's crying about his red calling it a lazy Witcher rip off. Guys, he's a literal mutant. In the comics, Logan tracks people through full on rainstorms using pure scent and heartbeats. That red glow is just how the game translates his senses to your screen. Then you got people going, Wolverine doesn't hide in grass, he's a brawler. Are you serious? Before the X-Men, Logan was literally a samurai, a master ninja, and a black ops assassin. In X-Force, he literally leads a stealth hit squad. He's a ninja with claws, not just a brainless bull. And my favorite one, why is he fighting giant robots? Sentinels have been trying to turn Logan into minced meat since 1965. Fighting giant mutant hunting bots is literally his day job. What are we even talking about? People even lost their minds over his suit regenerating, calling it unrealistic. The devs literally admitted it's just gameplay practicality. Because if his suit didn't heal after fights, Logan would be running around completely naked 5 minutes into the game. Insomniac is giving us a lore accurate, uncensored Logan and casuals are mad he isn't just a generic guy with a shotgun.
