A couple of months ago I did encounter a Jehovah’s Witness on the side of the road. It is downtown area. This Jehovah’s Witness actually happened to be one of my family members that I haven’t seen in over 15 years plus. The moment I saw them I instantly stopped walking but then kept walking because I was like why would I be scared to walk past them? I mean eye contact and said hello and they were very fake nice to me because I know they’re overall objective is to get me to come back to the religion. It was honestly mind blowing that they were still involved in this religion after all of these years, the brainwashing runs deep apparently. I just can’t help but remember how they treated my family after certain situations went down and we were all excommunicated. You know I could’ve gotten into a debate with them right in the middle of the street, but I chose to be the bigger person to not do that. The Jehovah’s Witness organization is crafty with how they speak and they are trained multiple times a week how to deal with people and convert them into the religion.
