How do I break the addiction of porn? The way that you break the addiction is like anything else. There's a really good book by Anna Lembke called Dopamine Nation that talks a lot about pornography and how pornography affects the brain and how to stop using pornography. Look, this is not heroin, we're talking about. You know, this is not something where you're gonna get withdrawal and you're gonna get the shakes and have to detox and go into some rehabilitation program. It can be hard for a lot of people because it's so ubiquitous, because it's everywhere. But you can break it. I mean, every guy can have the courage about actually doing that. And when they do, life really changes for the better.
