If you want to feel like you are sleeping in the clouds, let me be the one to tell you my top 5 sleepmaxxing tips that have genuinely changed my life. I have shared this with you guys before, but the first one is this very cheap $3 eye mask that I got from my bachelorette party. I started using it and it has made such a difference in my sleep. It just tells my body to go to bed. It's like lights out, it's so dark. I usually do wake up with it off of my face, but it puts me into a deep sleep. I am looking to invest in a really good eye mask to sleep in. If you have any recommendations, drop them in the comments below. I do not think that this is what this is meant for, but I found this little sage oil in my nightstand. It was called reflection. It is a grounding oil blend. Automatically calms me down so much. I drop some on my temples, under my nose, and then I'll put some on my wrists and the smell of it makes me feel so calm. This is actually made such a difference. I feel like once I put this on, it gives me like 10 minutes and my body just naturally relaxes. You guys. The biggest change I ordered this big king size pillow from Casper. I am not a memory foam pillow lover. This is like a down, cushy, gooey pillow. It feels like my head is on a cloud. I literally cannot believe what I was sleeping on this pillow aside from one before. The other thing that I've been doing is I fast before I go to bed. I don't put anything in my body after dinner. Let me know if you have any other sleep tips. I think I want to try taping my mouth next. The biggest change I ordered this big king size pillow from Casper. I am not a memory foam pillow lover.
