Why it worked

The video leverages cute animals and a relatable scenario (dog safety around water) to create an emotionally resonant and shareable piece of content. The clear, albeit brief, demonstration of the product's utility makes it highly effective.

Summary

Three small dogs wearing life vests are introduced to a swimming pool. One dog is lifted by a handle on its life vest and placed into the water, where it swims. The video suggests viewers with dogs should purchase these life vests.

Structure

1Introduce dogs by the pool
2Put on life vests
3Lift dog into pool

Product placement

PupFloaty: ACTS - its interface is operated (buckles fastened, handle used to lift dog), it generates a visible result (dog floats in water), someone says what it does for them ("your dog will thank you later"). Removing it would change what happens in the video.
